Find your Inner Calm in 2023 – Designed to calm busy minds, ease stress, aches and pains, these sessions invite you to connect to the natural world and include gentle mobilising movement, guided breathwork and mindfulness meditation as well as a cuppa and chat!

Helpful if you’re a caregiver (anyone supporting another) or experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, isolation, loneliness, chronic health condition or pain.
