Find your Inner Calm – Designed to calm busy minds, ease stress, aches and pains, these relaxing sessions invite you to connect to the natural world and include gentle mobilising movement, guided breathwork and mindfulness meditation as well as a cuppa and chat!

Helpful if you’re a caregiver (anyone supporting another) or experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, isolation, loneliness, chronic health condition or pain.
