Welcome to Unfurl… the new wellbeing inititative offering classes and courses including circle time, self enquiry, reflection and practical tips and many different exercises designed to build your resilience and tools for finding peace in stressful times. Asking how am I really? What do I need? What can help my stress? How do I ease the pain in my neck or shoulder?! or just making some relaxation time and space to prioritise yourself.

Unfurl… Wellbeing circle

From Tuesday 5th May 2026 1.30 to 3pm Springborne library. 

Join our weekly community wellbeing circle exploring the NHS 5 ways to wellbeing, evidenced to improve your physical and mental health and get the most out of life, whatever it throws at you. Sessions include self reflection and enquiry, mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement and mobilising techniques and encourage you to develop your own effective selfcare toolkit.
Just come along, donations gratefully received.
