How it helps or Who its helped

I would love to hear from people that I have helped, a couple of lines or more letting others know your experience and which practice I taught you that worked for you.

Sharon helped me with meditation, a practise that I was never able to grasp untill It was explained in simple terms. Feel where you are sitting, is it warm or cold and expand on how your body feels. From those simple words I sat in front of wood fire and felt parts that were warm and cooler. I moved a little to change my body temprature and realised how I could make it work. In my first session I achieved a peacful mind for over an hour. Thank you.
